Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes quality inspection.

Refund Method

• Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment
• Processing time is 7–10 business days after approval

Shipping Charges

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
• No shipping charges will be deducted if the product received is incorrect or damaged
• 10% of the cost will be deducted on refund
