Lifetime Exchange Policy

At Sira Gold, we offer a lifetime exchange policy to ensure long-term value and trust.

Exchange Terms

• Exchange is allowed at any time for another product of equal or higher value
• Original invoice is mandatory for exchange
• Exchange value is calculated based on prevailing gold rates

Value Calculation

• Net gold weight is valued at current market rates
• Diamonds and gemstones are valued as per prevailing standards
• Making charges and taxes are non-refundable

Upgrade Option

If the new jewellery piece is of higher value, the price difference must be paid by the customer.
